When Can You Return an Item?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and packed with all its original accessories and packaging.

Wrong or Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong one, we’ll take care of the return shipping at no cost to you.

Changed Your Mind: Ordered the wrong item or just don’t want it anymore? You’re welcome to return it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
How to Return Your Order

Pack It Up: Repackage your item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, or manuals.

Ship It Back: You’ll receive return instructions by email. Then, drop off your package at your local carrier.

We Inspect: Once your return arrives, we’ll check that everything meets the return conditions.

We Refund: If everything looks good, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days to show up, depending on your bank or provider.
